Not sure if I’m caught up with notes, will have to review what I got in recently.

2017 Henri Magnien Gevrey 1er Cazetiers

This has been hyped a lot by WHWC and I bit. Painfully young with dark fruits. Definitely has potential. Fruit is pure and we’ll see how it is day 2.

2017 H. Jouan Morey St Denis VV

Just delicious. Sexy dark fruits and extreme purity. Lovely wine.

2005 Barthod Bourgogne

Still feels fresh and young. Will hold the other two bottles. Beautiful after awhile in the glass.

2017 Hudelot Noellat Chambolle

Beautiful aromatics, pure fruit, fantastic to drink.

Thanks for taking one on the 17 H. Magnien Caz. I also bought a few but have not opened yet (Bought a few of his 18’s too). I have not tried anything yet from this producer. Please do post on day 2 impressions.
