NP. I picked up a 2nd one to retire the Wine Check. Done with trying to maneuver them through airports and parking.

Since I already picked one up with their 50% off sale in August, I bought several $10 inserts to properly accessorize.

Possible this has been discussed in other related threads, but what are people's core use case(s) for these? Is it mostly vacation / renting a home for a week type situations where you want to bring your own wines?

I use it when I transport wines internationally.

I just got one as a gift, and it seems like Krug and Dom can fit in the existing insersts (assuming I only are bringing a few as oppposed to trying to fit in a case).

Do folks find those good enough or do I need the "large 750" inserts if I want better wear from the inserts?

I'd buy, but my sons bought me a set of these on Costco.com. The Petite, Piccolo, and several inserts for $250.

Is the sale over? Or is there a code? Was about to buy one as a gift, but the website shows regular price, with an offer of $160 towards wine at any retailer. (wonder how that works). Leaves the Grande at $189 I think.

We use them when we visit wine regions, to facilitate bringing our finds home. Napa is not too bad to ship whatever we pick up, but it adds up, so these help reduce the need. They were especially helpful when we went to France last year, because the alternative of shipping wines home would have cost a lot more from there.
