We often open champagne on a daily basis around here.

And in actually we love all kinds of sparkling wine. We encourage drinking Sparkling wines from All over the world, some examples including those from Spain, Italy, Britain, Africa, Germany, austria, Australia and even parts of France that aren’t From champagne...well and any where else that has the passion to make wine with bubbles. We are Most especially always open to hearing about and Welcoming with open arms new entrants to the sparkling wine world. We love the folks that have been doing it for centuries, but we get excited when new folks from all over the world want to join our passion and create new shining examples for the future.

Initial plan was for a 2003 Taittinger Champagne Comtes de Champagne Rosé Brut, but I'm going to let that sit longer.

I honestly did not expect a Win so didn't prepare anything special and doesn't really keep nice champagne around the house since I don't drink them regularly but did have this one random bottle.

It actually turned out surprising well, kind of like this election.
