    Stellar Chardonnay. Light, sprightly, rounded and with lost of acidity. No medicinal Chard notes. Hints of tinned pineapple, otherwise almost Riesling-esque. I put this right up there with my other favorite Chardonnay, the Ceritas Zephyr. As an aside, I think the Haynes vineyard also provides fruit for Failla’s version. Be interesting to try them side-by-side. (94 pts.)

Very cool - just picked up my first Enfield, a ‘17 Citrine, and this note makes me jazzed to pop the cork.

John’s Chardonnays are always delicious and distinctive. As much as I love them, I love the Syrah more.
