    September 2013 disgorgement, and it’s in a wonderful place. There’s a bit of burnishing the edges, but still a fresh linearity. It’s toasty but still yeasty. It’s a lovely mix of youth and age, in about the perfect spot for my taste in Champagne. Have some? Drink it with pleasure.

I had their NV Rosé last night. I think I love everything from Egly-Ouriet. This is what prime vineyards, talented wine makers and extended lees aging can do!
