2017 Paetra Dry Riesling - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Yamhill-Carlton (10/14/2020)
Bone dry. Citrus, peach, minerals. No petrol notes. Guessing due to barrel fermentation, it has this nice roundness that just softens the racy acid slightly. This is how you do it. Riesling is meant for this style - I wish more did it this way. (92 pts.)
