This is a few days ago now and right after a Failla Chardonnay. The overall note I remember very clearly from this is like a childhood memory: you know those tins with pineapple slices in their own juice you used to buy if you grew up anytime before the 80's? They had that taste of pineapple of course, but aslo that slight taste of tin or the can somehow. Almost a little metallic. This wine had those exact notes and it was actually a really pleasant nostalgic note. I thought it was an atypical and wonderful Chardonnay. (91 pts.)
