Pumice, black cherry and a hint of violets on the nose. Nice savory palate with soy, dark cherry fruit, sharp minerality with layered texture. Everything is still pretty tightly wound and young, but the elements are there for this to be really nice with some more bottle time. Going to let my remaining bottles rest for another 3-5 years.
