I keep encountering their wines, and I go into it expecting them to be something really bold and adventurous, but then they don’t end up being at all what I thought, and it all ends badly for me. Yet the same thing keeps happening over and over and over again.
Totally kidding. Sounds like a good project. I look forward to hearing more from people who dig into it.
I think their wine is great! I can find it in a few sores out here in NJ, and the prices are all over the place. Seen it as low as 119, and as high as 189. I’ve been in touch with the Cervantes family, to discuss their wine, and they are great people to deal with.
