- 2013 Jean-François Ganevat Grusse en Billat - France, Jura, Côtes du Jura (9/2/2020)
This is a captivating wine. Roasted nuts, quince, sea brine on the nose. The palate is full of chalky, lemony acidity. Citrus, orchard fruits, very mineral. Notably saline as I find most of Ganevat's wines to be. Well-integrated and round, but far from opulent. These age very well and this still has plenty of life ahead.
