Tasting notes, varietals, grapes - anything related to wine

Now that many village Burgundies are routinely north of $75, at $35, this offers tremendous value. With a bouquet of roses and sour cherries, the nose entices to keep returning. With mostly red fruits on the palate, raspberry is most predominant. After saving half the bottle, only being recorked and held at room temperature, it was a delightful surprise that this bloomed on day two actually showing better than it did the preceding day. While at this stage not particularly complex, this is downright delicious. Definitely a case purchase.
