I’d gone looking for this producer after enjoying a Jean-Paul Hebrart Premier Cru Brut NV in Spain (Azurmendi) last september and this has the been the first Hebrart that I’ve picked up since. Sad I missed the enovyer offer in May, but it’s a pretty lovely classic champagne.

NV Marc Hébrart Champagne Sélection Brut Premier Cru - France, Champagne (8/30/2020)
Disgorged 11/2019. Rich and generous on the nose, complex. Notes of rye, apple, plum, Greek yogurt, lemon curd, wildflower honey, almond, and a touch of ginger. Palate is similarly round and giving with a fairly delicate mousse and good vinous persistence. I love this.
