2018 Field Recordings Wine Chenin Blanc - USA, California, Central Coast, Paso Robles (8/9/2020)
Was served a bit too cold initially which made it a little harsh, but as it warmed up the tannins softened and it developed some honeydew and zesty lemon notes. A pretty lean and focused style with plenty of acidity that works well with food. Good value for the money. (88 pts.)
