TN: 2018 Ridge Zinfandel Pagani Ranch

Quick note on the 18 Pagani.

Bright crimson in color. 14.9% ABV. 84% Zinfandel, 9% Alicante Bouschet and 7% Petite Sirah. Gorgeous nose of red fruits, peach and pepper. Medium body with mouth watering acidity. Bright and juicy. Boysenberry, raspberry liqueur, earth and pepper on the palate. Exceptional length on the finish. Every bit as good as the the stunning 2017 Pagani. Best over the next 4-6 years.

My rating: 96 points.

Popped this one tonight. Was pleasantly surprised. For $39, it's such an incredible value. Absolutely stunning! My only regret is I didn't order more!

Thanks for the timely note Tom, have been wanting to pick some up since trying at the winery, and your note + $30 sale price at Binny's is going to make it happen

I'll need to grab some of this...I have been loving the '17 as well.

Consistently one of the best Zinfandels in the Ridge portfolio year in and year out.
