- 1994 P. Licht-Bergweiler Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Auslese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (7/20/2020)
Slight hints of petrol, with heady dose of tropical fruit. Palate shows some petrol, a clean minerality, and resolved structure. Acidity has receded, leaving full and steady fruit. Fully mature, ready to drink and not too much left in the tank. Best with my sichaun salt and pepper shrimp as it became a tad one-dimensional after dinner.
