2016 Marietta Cellars Armé - USA, California (7/17/2020)
Day 1: Really impressed with this wine in other vintages. This is bit hot featuring spices, dark fruits and menthol. A good steak wine but time hopefully will settle this in your face effort down. 87 points
Day 2: Better! Coffee beans, plums, blueberries, menthol and spices. Certainly needs some aging. I have been impressed with the Marietta wines for the value they provide. 90 points
Recommendation: Hold until 2022 and beyond. Sollid wine. Potential 90-92. (90 pts.)
