A free bottle of 1990 La Tâche!

Well, it is only 4 inches tall, but don’t look a gift horse…

A friend is a real artist when it comes to decorating cookies and cakes.

Paging Don Cornwell, I see a ton of issues with the label.

(Seriously, well done!)

Fantastic!

Hollywood Jef would say it’s great!

I’d be hard pressed to find a better deal…

About 20 years ago, I bought a few DRC candles (half bottle size) from the Stanley markets in Hong Kong. They looked quite real and I had the Aussie DRC importer around for dinner one night. He saw them lined up on my sideboard and was quite concerned that I had purchased some fakes, as DRC don’t make halves.

very cool.

Hide an iron file in the cake, and send it to Rudy, with a get-out-soon greeting card from John and Allen.

+1

Lol

So, label eating is ok and label drinking isn’t?!?

Were the cookies filled with Asian five spice and peacock’s tail?

Fun stuff.

It had a chocolate note that I don’t usually associate with La Tâche. It must be a fake!

Bravo!

if any of the tasting notes are off they’ll say it was a tainted fork

Clearly. That is more in line with wines from Fourneaux.
