Mostly a history of Paul’s winemaking background and his history at Ridge.
Most of the material is old hat to Ridge aficionados. One thing I did learn is that Paul proposed ingredient labeling to the BATF yrs ago and they rejected his proposal. Some 7-8 yrs ago, RandallGrahm proposed it to the TTB and they relented. So now all the Ridges are ingredient-labeled.
Anyway, nice to see Paul live on the video.
