Hi Barry,

Wow, sounds great. Then I saw the price [shock.gif]

Are you sure that rating wasn’t price-value inflated? I’ve had a lot of Bourgogne and no doubt they can be exceptional values and very drinkable, but there isn’t a single one that would rate as a true 92.

  4. 2016 Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg Bourgogne (91Pts)
  5. 2017 Cecile Tremblay Bourgogne Côte d’Or (91Pts)

  7. 2018 Hubert Lignier Bourgogne (90Pts)
  8. 2015 Domaine Jean Grivot Bourgogne (90Pts)

Yes Henry limited supply and mostly allocated !!

It is not expensive, I think I paid ~€17-- for my bottles.
The issue is that there is virtually no distribution.

Yes, quality of a Burgundy wine depends largely on its producer!!
