This was lovely to drink outside on a hot spring day. Pale yellow with vigorous bubbles. A touch of toast on the nose but showing more fruit and spice - pear, lime, and some cardamom in the background. Lively acidity and a full, rich palate. 60% Chardonnay/40% PN, partially barrel fermented. Biodynamic. Happy to have more bottles. 2g/l dosage. Disgorged Jan 2019.
