TN: LaVrille Chambave Muscat Val d'Aosta '16...(short/boring)

Tried this last night from my recent EnotecaVinoNostro order:

  1. LaVrille Chambave Muscat d’DOC: Vallee d’Aosta (13.5%; www.LaVrille.It; ToscoImports) Herve DeGuillame/Verrayes/It 2016: Med.dark gold color; very intense floral/Muscat/cheap hair oil/orangey slight earthy beautiful nose; quite tart/tangy rather rich/lush slight earthy rather intense muscatty/floral/cheap hair oil near dry (.5% r.s.?) beautiful muscat flavor; very long/lingering rather tart/tangy slight earthy floral/alpine flowers/muscatty near dry rich/lush finish; loads of intense muscatty fruit but fairly near dry; some like an Alsatian Muscat but not the bitterness; a really lovely/beautiful expression MuscatBianco. $28.00 (EVN)

A wee BloodyPulpit:

  1. Muscat Chambave is usually made as a sweet wine or a air-dried version (Fletri). This version is near-dry with only a trace of r.s.
