    Day 1: Orange peel, lemon, spice, shell and stone. This is quite complex and medium plus finish. Good acidity. Very well made wine for $25.00 on sale. 91 points
    Day 2: Saline, orange peel, burnt toast, shells and stone. A slight lemon element on the medium plus finish. This is a food wine and much better at room temperature. 91 points
    Day 3: This wine continues to evolve is by far the best on day 3. Minerals, shells, lemon, sour apple, match stick and saline. Medium finish and nice acidity. Really balanced and much better than day 1 and 2. 93 points
    Recommendation: Drink 2024 to 2028. Hold these unless you are doing 3 day reviewing. (93 pts.)

Liquid Farm chards continue to surprise me with how good they are young, and yet they age well. Delish.
