As a relative nouveau – if you’ll pardon the expression – to bojo, I didn’t know quite what to expect here, and I’m sure I lack the proper vocabulary to articulate the experience, but this wine had been highly recommended to me by someone “in the know”.
This wine was so delicious with a smoked chicken and some homemade pizza. Even my very tough-grading wife gave it a bow.
Sometimes I see the word “crunchy” as a wine descriptive and scratch my head, but here it is perfectly appropriate. Also bright acidity, red/black rasberries and a real minerality. The wine is young but not “too young” IMHO. Yum! 92
