On a European wine listw:
2005 López De Heredia ‘‘Viña Bosconia-Reserva’’ 58 euros
I should be there in a month or so, but of course I won’t be! With perfect luck, this fall.

Is it a restaurant? I’d do it.
But good luck heading over. I was supposed to be in Spain in two months. That’s on indefinite hold now.
Good luck with he biz!
Depends on your appetite to absorb markups. But the not-so fancy restaurants that I go to in Europe do not mark those bottles up at the level that you quoted.
I was in excellent wine bar called La Tana in Granada in November and ordered a .375 of the 2001 Tondonia Reserva for Euro 22. The full bottle was, as I recall, Euro 37 and it was in great drinking form.
Then in early February, I was back in Barcelona and saw these half-bottles in the supermarket shelves:
I had it for $60 in a Charlotte, NC restaurant last year, so not such a great deal.
Shit, in my market good luck getting it retail for under $40/bottle.
Sorry, also (probably better deal) 2005 Tondonia for EUR 64.
Obviously my scheduled trip is postponed indefinitely. This is a European restaurant price.

For a restaurant price ok. Retail here in Germany is about 28 Euros. I mean the Tondonia.
You only live once, go for it! Not bad for restaurant pricing.
