  • 2014 Biggio Hamina Cellars Pinot Noir Youngberg Hill Vineyard - USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, McMinnville (3/25/2020)
Interesting! Nice nose of fresh cherries and over ripe strawberries, along with graphite and potpourri. The pallet is certainly smooth, spicy and with no hard edges or excessive heat and oak. This is certainly an old world drinkers New World wine. For the price point this is certainly an overachiever. Hamina is now on my radar. (91 pts.)

I opened the same bottle last night. Heavy on raspberry/strawberry Jolly Rancher, very bright, fresh, easy drinking, still a baby.
