#1 Post by J a y H a c k » March 9th, 2020, 1:37 pm

The Wine, Beer and Spirits Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the NYS Bar Association is gearing up for its second continuing legal education seminar and product testing, The subject will be the regulation of international importation and tariffs. Our lead presenter will be Luca CM Melchionna, Esq., who has THREE law degrees in Italy (a JD and two LLMs) and one in the US (an LLM). Mr. Melchionna is the recently appoint Chair of the Subcommittee on International Transactions of the WBSL Committee.

The products to be tested will depend on the largess of the committee members, who contribute products for testing. If you want to attend the meeting, you need to be a member of the NYS Bar Association and the Business Law Section. Committee membership and attendance at the meeting, which will be on a date to be announced, are then FREE. The exact date, time and location of the meeting will be announced later to the committee membership.
