2012 François Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (2/19/2020)
There’s a whiff of smoky mineral to the aroma, some mint and ripe orchard fruits. It is full, and voluminous in the mouth, loaded with sappy fruit flavours. It has a relatively low acid feel but the long finish has a hint of citrus rind bitterness that keeps everything fresh. Drinking wonderfully well.
