TN: Terrien Wines Chardonnay 2015

A BD11 purchase:

This was my first Terrien in some years . I thought about opening it. When would be the best time? What if was a bad bottle? The grapes are from a different vineyard than the others Iā€™d had, would it still please me? How long to let it rest after its trip from CA? Lots of doubts swirling around (but at least not jumping from the glass  ).

Finally I threw caution to the winds and actually opened one. The elegant label and handsome blue capsule (a blue that is somehow French) reassured me somewhat. And with the first sip, all worries were quickly cast aside. A lemony frame carried a long, round and smooth palate that reassured and uplifted and grew deeper with time. As I drank more, I was drawn further into the wine and its sphere. Confidence reigned. A door had opened, and I was in a new world. Just a glorious drink, bravo Michael!
