Lots of secondary going on here, plus a touch of tertiary which adds much complexity to the aromatics under the red/blue fruit, smoke, meat, herbs, leather, even a hint of cedar (ugg) and feral whisper, yet nicely fresh. Gorgeous textures, great structure, long finish. Lovely ripe tannins. In fact, anyone who wouldn’t enjoy this shall not be tolerated, will be subject to an inquisition, the heretics fork, a Judas cradle, stoned, hung drawn and quartered, burned at the stake and then thrown to the lions.
