Match strike reduction at first…creamy white peach, melon, lime fruits…somewhat limpid, and lacking the intensity you get in the more prestigious address of PYCM wines…pretty calm and creamy, yet does have enough crushed rock minerality and lemon/lime cut to please. Plenty of pretty white flower and lime blossom floral…nuanced spearmint…finishes med length with fresh squeezed citrus, chalk dust, and a little vanilla bean spice. Kind of dig the subtleness in this wine? A satisfying PYCM…just wish they were under $50 like they use to be! (92 pts.)
