TN: 2015 Jean-Claude Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet

Pretty evident menthol on the nose with delicious stone fruit and fine minerality. Acidity not as vibrant as other Ramonet village wines I have had, but I suspect this may be vintage related. A damn good young village Chassagne.

looks like it was pretty cold. Sounds good, though.

Anyone have the 16 Boudriotte lately? Was doing inventory and found two i’d logged as reds.

Yes  We initially overchilled it
