Any idea how long HELLOAPRIL on wine.com is valid?
I’m guessing thru the end of April but not 100% sure.

I went with a couple of 2016 E. Guigal St. Joseph Vignes de L'Hospice at $99.99 plus a throw in 375ml NVP to bump over $200. Got it down to $69/bottle.

New code : HELLOAPRIL good for $50 off $200 on wine.com
Sweet, thanks! Good timing, too - 1x 2016 Pontet Canet just arrived from using ciq50 and $10 Amex offer. Guessing this code expires soon...

I use these primarily to target higher end bottles I wouldn’t typically buy. Although there’s always LRAV Ardanza Especial 2010, Monsanto riserva ‘16, roederer brut, or produttori 2016 if nothing else of interest.

Keep them coming!
The LRAV Especial is sold out but thinking of more of the 904 which comes to $201 for 3 before discount so that might be the ticket.
Looks like I can still get it from my designated warehouse. Although playing the closest to the target game, 3x 904 for $201 is perfect! I’m eyeing ‘15 Pape Clement or ‘16 Smith Haut Lafite plus fillers...decisions decisions...

Any suggestions in the low price (<=$40) range on WineAccess? Looking to build a cart with subtotal of $190 or so to get the highest % savings using the $50 off referral and $50 off $150 AMEX.
It depends on what you like. If you like Champagne, getting 4 of the Pierre Moncuit Blanc de Blancs for $25 each including is an insane deal. Otherwise, I feel like they generally have better prices on Napa/CA wines, but if you're getting 50% off and free shipping, all the prices should be good and it might be a good time to try something new.
Thanks, will throw one of those in but am looking for reds for the rest. I'll just order a handful of them if nothing sticks out as a great deal / worth trying.

Love this thread!

Does B21 do periodic big sales or coupon offers? I love their shipping policies
Sign up for their email offers. I get their weekly recap and they usually have 8-10 deals that knock $5-10 off the price.

EDIT: Above is right, the deals aren't great deals. But the combo of the $$$ off and shipping policies results in what is often low or near-low pricing.
Yeah I signed up for those and the 10% more or so off is nice, but was wondering if they had big sales from time to time. Agree on the good selection and great shipping aspect. Thanks!

I've been signed up for maybe 2 months and I haven't seen one yet. That said, most of the sales I see at most of my shops are end of or very beginning of year.

WineAccess just put up 2016 Kongsgaard Syrah (and has 62 bottles left) for the current winery release price of $180. First time users can get it for $130 including insulated shipping with the referral code:

I know there are some fans of the ‘15 Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore. Zachys is running a 6 pack sale on a few enticing things but this one caught my eye, $55 per bottle is well under WS low.

https://www.zachys.com/bolgheri-rosso-s ... 750ml.html

Shipping is still Zachys (i.e. crazy high) but a good price per bottle nonetheless.

Any thoughts on NV M.Grugnon Champagne Brut Selection [https://www.wineaccess.com/catalog/m-br ... ff1222910/]

Trying to find some fillers.

I think I will be getting the 2012 La Grande Annee + a BdM + Sancerre or two of these M Gurgnon.
I like Champagne just I dont know how much I like them ...

I got the Pierre Moncuit with the La Grande Anne, but the Pierre Moncuit sold out, which is a shame. The M. Brugnon seems like a solid buy for about $25 or so after the discount if you like more elegant and crisp Champagne.

Slim pickings for sure, but at 65% off plus free shipping, how could I not? There goes my May wine buying moratorium... Got some vouvray, timorasso (have loved the ones I’ve had), and Italian reds. Thanks for the code!

Wine.com codes. Not the best ones but could be used with other 10% and 20% off deals:
CHEERS10: 10% off $200+
ENJOY30: $30 off $250+
expire 9/30/20

I got my friend to buy in and signed up to use my referral to get the 2016 Pine Ridge. It wouldn't work for him. In fact a lot of the wines in the pre-order won't work for him as well & some of the regular store wines. (He didn't test all of them.)

https://www.wineaccess.com/catalog/2016 ... e4603dc20/

What's weird is my order has the BdM as a preorder and got the $50 so maybe there's new terms and conditions on this discount?

I told him to email them and ask what's up with that.

Vince I may have used your code...or J.Rock’s...the browser window was open when I placed an order today for 5x of those Pine Ridge Onyx and a Billecart Salmon Rosé. I honestly have no idea. However, it reflected the $50 discount at checkout and triggered 2x Amex $50 off $150 offers.

I think the credits may not show up on the referrer's account until after the referee's order ships. I received a one credit from my friend who receiver her first shipment a week or so ago, but I believe others have used my link since then and I haven't received any credit. Perhaps the wine hasn't shipped yet due to the heat and the credit will come once it ships.

Ahh that might be the case; as I used your code for my order & it won't ship till mid June due to preorder.

However the problem is that $50 off $150 won't work for my friend who's trying to pickup a few of those PineRidge and then when he's gone hunting for other ones he's interested in they aren't triggering the $50 discount as well. I believe he sent a msg over to WA so we shall see

Question for Wine Access people. If I spend $160 but get it knocked down to $110 with $50 referral will I then still get the Amex $50 off $150 given that my new subtotal is $1110? Does that make sense? Just want to make sure I’m doing this first order right. Thanks.

Has to be over $150 before it hits amex. For me the threshold is about 188 when you take into account taxes. 188-50+tax = 152 ish. Then 50 credit.

So 188 for 102ish

AMEX credit has to be a $150 charge to get the offer. We were buying these back in December with Wine Access credits and the AMEX credit stacked, plus going through shopping portals. I don't have the good AMEX offer like I had in December so I am just sitting out until they refresh the offer.

I believe he sent a msg over to WA so we shall see
My pals are having the same problem. Let me know if you figure out how to get the $50 discount to apply....

Maybe it doesn’t work on pre-arrival only orders? I had a bottle of Billecart Rosé along with 5 of the Pine Ridge Onyx and got the $50 off referral plus $100 off from Amex (totaled over $300 after the $50 off).

That's what we think, but i dont think pre-arrivals is the only criteria as my first order had the Carpazro BdM which was also a preorder and I got the $50. What's also funny is the Brut Rose @ $80 Triggered the full $50, but he didn't want that. He instead got a 1er Cru Chardonnay, also $80 but only got a ~$48.25 discount.

Another Data Point, was the $85 Grand Cru Pinot. That only gave him a ~$47.50 discount.

So we think that there's just some that work, some that kinda work, and some that don't work.

The .97 thing is weird. I couldn't get the $50 off $200 coupon to apply to two 2017 Beaucastels at $74.99 but it did apply to the magnum at $149.97.... but most .97 bottles don't work [scratch.gif]

JJBuckley's private client price for Taittinger Prelude is $56! Really great buy in my book.

Got a targeted 100/300 individual code in the mail for wine.com this morning. Great timing as I also received a $200 gift card as a gift this week. Any recommendation on a single bottle of red burgundy (PA shipping) in the $500ish range available on the website?
