In last springs mailer Turley said the 17 Mead Ranch was the next to last vintage of Zin they would be making from Mead Ranch. I assume the 18 will come out on the upcoming mailer. My question is who is using this fruit with the 19 vintage?

Opened the 16 last night and it’s drinking well

Tom and Tom- The entire Mead Ranch was leased to Caymus in 2016. Turley still had 2 years left on our lease. We just bottled our 2018 in December and it really showing well.

Thanks Tegan. Not the most satisfying answer but good to know. Might have to revisit a Caymus Zinfandel in the years to come.
