2010 Rhys Pinot Noir Swan Terrace - USA, California, San Francisco Bay, Santa Cruz Mountains (12/30/2019)
Possibly the best Rhys pinot I’ve had so far. Floral and pine on the nose, followed by tart red berries, pomegranate and rhubarb blended with copious sous bois. Sumptuous, almost rich (for a Rhys), with depth of flavors and a long finish. Complex and delicious overall. The second day was possibly better.(94 pts.)
