Need some help on a bottle my brother in law asked me about. Any info greatly appreciated!!
Not heard of the producer, but this is an Armagnac of course, which is similar to a Cognac, a brandy. The V.S.O.P. stands for Very Special Old Pale. Comes from the Southwest of France.
there’s a (very old) shop in lyon by the same name and several references to armagnac (and likely other french spririts) made for or in connection with the shop.
i’d call them and ask about this bottle.
