A complex nose of toffee apple, dried fruits, honey and smoky mineral. It is full, sweet and intense in the mouth. It feels mature, with some honeyed and brulee flavours, but there’s a fresh line of limey acidity holding everything together. Length is really good and it is a joy to drink.
