TN: 2008 Philippe Livera Chapelle-Chambertin Domaine des Tilleuls

There’s some Indian spice to the aroma along with pine needles and ripe cherry and berry fruits. It is luscious and a little chunky in the mouth, with a core of liqueur cherry. It has meaty and earthy things playing in the background and is cut by the vintage’s brisk acidity. It drinks very well and is in a very good place right now.

really enjoy this producer. I think it’s made by Claude Dugat. There’s some métayage or something there.
