Iruai Wines??

Just saw a mention of this Wnry in my new W&S magazine. www.MethodSauvage.com
Started by ChadHinds up in SyskiouCnty, the focus is on Alpine style wines, made from high-altitude grapes.
Anybody had any of Chad’s wine…as in “followed him from the very start”?? Looks like an interesting effort. But if he’s a Nazi, I’m outta here!!

I think he’s making some great wines both the Methode Sauvage and Iruai. I usually get a freshness, juiciness and herbal quality in them. As far as I know they are still in Richmond.

Had a lot of Method Sauvage. They’re always good encounters.

I am looking forward to the Mondeuse and the Syrah - they are getting shipped to me in October. I thought it would be good to try over the winter.
