TN: 2002 Dujac Fils et Père Chambolle-Musigny

A lovely, understated nose. More on the red fruited side of pinot, with roses and some moss/ undergrowth. Mid weighted and supple on the palate with fine lacy tannins. I like this a little more than the last bottles, and it seems to have settled into it’s skin nicely. A lovely, graceful, soft, and supple wine with fine cashmere like texture. The finish is sneaky long with more mossy, floral, and basil tones. The stem inclusion is in fine form here. A very pretty wine drinking at peak. Lovely. (91 pts.)

Agree 100%. A terrific village. The 2002 Morey village is every bit as good.

Thanks for the update. When I was ITB we tasted the CM at a meeting and I promptly bought some.
