TN: 2002 Domaine Bruno Clair Chambertin-Clos de Bèze

  • 2002 Domaine Bruno Clair Chambertin-Clos de Bèze - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand Cru (9/11/2019)
A lovely, mid-weight Beze, drinking at the top of its game. The nose is highly perfumed, showing some floral spice, blue fruits and a hint of earth. It is silky in the mouth, with nice interplay between sweet fruit flavours and savoury notes. It builds through the palate and really fans out on the finish, leaving a minerally imprint.

I had that recently and also loved it. Underrated producer.
