Tight and full of nervosité, super citrus and white flowers, power checked and held in reserve, it is oh so young. Busy day tomorrow but I’m staying up to be sure this b gets finished.

I recently had a 2002 Pernot BBM that was stellar. Fingers and toes were crossed while pulling the cork.
A friend brought the '99 BBM to dinner this weekend and it was sensational. No premox whatsoever.
I opened an 04 a few years ago at an offline Burgundy dinner; it was absolutely spectacular. I love that wine when it is “on.”
