From 375. Lovely green apple, quince and white pepper on the nose. Beautifully textured palate with sweet honey lime tinged fruit on the attack and a nice smoky matchstick note on the finish. Still a baby, but Horseshoe Chardonnay seems to be continuing on an upward trajectory vintage after vintage. In this format, I would give it a few more years for max enjoyment, I am not sure when the mag of this I have will be ready to drink!
