Wine growlers ?

I saw this at Macy’s on sale 40% off and was wondering if I’d ever use it. Seems like a decent/easy option for blinding a wine.

Edited, I fixed the upside down but can’t figue out how to delete it from the post.

What’s the capacity?

I have a similar one that holds a 750ml with a little bit of head space. It’s perfect for taking on hikes to picnic spots.

Yes, they’re perfect for that, and if double-walled, they keep wine at the right temperature for serving. I guess having 750ml+ capacity makes it a little more handy than a regular sized HydroFlask, but I suppose the larger one can do the same job.

Yep, ours is double walled and seems to hold at cellar temp for a few hours (the longest we’ve tried it).

Had some delicious 2009 Cimarossa cab out of it most recently. [cheers.gif]

Agreed, the larger Hydroflasks would do this job well if you have one.

We use a Yeti for this purpose. Perfect for taking rose to the beach or pool.

THats a great point, I hadn’t considered temp control as a benefit.

Check out VinGlace. Not exactly a growler but a great way to keep your bottles at the correct temps.
