Not upset. Just stunned that 1) there even is a pre-harvest report for Texas; 2) that a local newspaper in a rural East Texas town of 23,000 with one vineyard in a distant corner of the county would bother to print it. I pre-harvest report about Burgundy, i expect. About Harrison County, Texas — not so much.
Good read and very accurate! Black rot was brutal this year.
