2016 DOMAINE COMTE ABBATUCCI MINISTRE IMPERIAL CUVEE COLLECTION RED WINE- a blend of Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu, Carcajolu-Neru, Montanaccia, Morescono, Morescola, and Aleaticothis which come from a single, five acre parcel on Corsica; super ripe, bright and fresh red fruit prevails here with semi-sweet and spicy red cherry the most distinct flavor in this soft, medium bodied, fun and lively wine.
This cuvée was named by the owner/ winemaker, Jean-Charles Abatucci, after Jacques-Pierre-Charles Abbatucci, a leading military figure under Napoléon Bonaparte’s Premier Empire.
