La Clarine Farm 2015 Petit Manseng

Ok, we loved this wine but it’s a difficult tasting note. I’m not going to bother going the erudite route because why. The nose is grass or hay or wheat maybe? Whiff of oxidation like The Jura? Not much fruit for me, Mel thought some faint citrus.

Tastes great already, this wine is a go now with vegetarian cuisine or even shellfish. Yes, there’s acid but it’s not cutting or at all unpleasant. Wine has a nuttiness and darkens a smidgen with air while remaining delicious. You got one give it a go, this was an unscrewing and pour.
