    PnP. Beautiful wine, medium golden yellow. Tropics on the nose, and then medium to full bodied. No, this isn’t white burgundy, but it’s a near-perfect expression of California bliss. Drink now or hold (likely to drink well for many more years). (95 pts.)

I should have bought a couple of cases of this back in the day. Still very fresh, vibrant, and finds some great middle ground stylistically. I’m wondering how well Ramey would compare…? Need to pick up some more recent vintages of this. Great juice.

I was with Jeff & friends at Rhys yesterday and marveled at the upcoming Chardonnay lineup. MEV does a phenomenal job as well. SCM is the place for chards.

Had the 11 Wednesday night! A beautiful bottle of wine that will last another 10/15 years without a problem! One of the best Chards in California.
