2005 Louis Jadot Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Narbantons - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru (7/26/2019)
Healthy dark red color. Beginning to unravel some of the tertiary scents of forest and wet earth. Good concentration of fruit here. Youthful reddish fruit. But it lacks some charm, now and probably forever. It’s ready, and it’s good, and better with food. It has some layers that will prob hold for some time, just not a very compelling package overall.
