Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
Out of space but taking a mixed 6 pack of the 30 offered: CVZ, Papera, Two Acres, Dupratt, Grenache, JBV.

Just to be picky, it's Aston Martin, not Astin Martin.

Have to drink some of my older ones and out of room to store anything new.

What, you can’t drink a dozen bottles of wine before December? And you call yourself a Berserker?Joel Pulver wrote: ↑July 19th, 2019, 7:46 amGoose egg for me

Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
I bought a case of what I was offered. The “discount” exactly covered tax and shipping. These wines are so good.

Jumped in for two of the Grenache (with two more wished for), a couple of White Derivative and three each of the Du Pratt and Papera zins. Am now officially excited!

Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
My first purchase of Carlisle and I'm in for a case! I always hedge my bets when I'm unfamiliar with the wines and grab one of each varietal/vineyard. Happy to support a fellow Sagehen!

Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
Got a JBV wishlist but not the Carlisle vineyard wishlist.
Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
Made me checked my CC, yep there's a new Carlisle charge, no email yet. Don't remember what I even wait listed, JBV and something else I think.

Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
I received both of my James Berry and Rosella’s Syrah requests. I don’t see that I got any discount for that putting me at a full case.

No, I got a postcard saying that the email had gone out, but never saw an email. It didn't prevent me from ordering.

I believe the discount is pre-order pricing.I received both of my James Berry and Rosella’s Syrah requests. I don’t see that I got any discount for that putting me at a full case.
Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
I also got an extra JBV off the wish list. Will keep those sideways for a LONG time before they are enjoyed. Thanks Mike!

Re: Carlisle 2019 Summer Release
Always wish for what you want even if zero allocation. Carlisle is one of the best managers of their mail list. I wish everyone emulated them. I take what I want and often ask for extra of my favs such as Paper and my wish is usually granted.
