So pure and precise, spicy acidity, flowers and just ripe mango and a little black tea. This is so packed full of energy and excitement, minimal botrytis.
Doesn’t seem lazy to me. You captured the essence of great low botrytis Auslese, a relatively undervalued and undiscussed category. Love it.
